Terms and Conditions for Embroidery
By placing an embroidery order with FFC Prints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review all order details—including garment styles, thread colors, sizes, design placement, and quantities—prior to final approval. Once approved, all details are final. FFC Prints is not responsible for any errors or omissions after customer approval.
Artwork & Digitizing
All embroidery jobs require a digitized file. If you do not have one, we will digitize your design for an additional fee.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval. Embroidery colors and stitch quality will be based on this approved file.
Minor design adjustments may occur to ensure proper stitchability, but no major changes will be made without your consent.
Garments
You may supply your own garments, but FFC Prints is not responsible for any damage to customer-provided items during the embroidery process.
Embroidery can slightly distort fabric or shift placement due to the nature of stitching. This is considered standard and is not deemed a defect.
Production Timeline
Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days after final approval and payment.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
For bulk orders (1,000+ pieces or 5+ styles), allow 12–14 business days after approval.
Color Matching
Thread colors will be matched as closely as possible to your desired colors. While we use industry-standard thread charts, exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed.
We offer up to a 90% color match based on available thread options.
Quality Assurance & Limitations
Slight variations in placement (within 0.5") may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
FFC Prints is not liable for minor defects affecting fewer than 2 items per order.
Embroidery may not appear identical across different garment types due to differences in fabric weight and stretch.
Payments & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Full payment is required before the order is released.
No changes can be made once production begins. Any adjustments will be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.
Customer Responsibility
Mock-ups are for reference only and may not reflect exact proportions on the final product.
It is your responsibility to understand and accept these terms before proceeding. By approving the artwork and making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Production
By placing an order with FFC Prints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You are responsible for reviewing all details in the invoice, mock-ups, and designs—including sizes, colors, styles, and quantities—before approval. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported within 7 business days of order completion. Once approved, all details are final, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. FFC Prints is not liable for any damage or discoloration to garments sent through a third party for processing. While some damage may occur during screen printing or embroidery, it will not exceed two items per order.
Pantone colors may appear differently on screens than in the final product. We guarantee a 90% color match but cannot guarantee an exact match. Any additional print locations, designs, or changes after approval will incur extra charges. All designs must be approved, and payment must be made before production begins. For orders of 1,000 items or more with 5 or more styles, full production will take 12-14 business days (3-4 weeks) after approval and payment. Inventory shortages may affect stock, and we will notify you within 1 business day if an item is out of stock. While we aim for precise measurements, there may be minor discrepancies, up to 1 inch, and FFC Prints is not responsible for these variations.

Services Offered
Screen Printing: Custom screen printing for apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
Embroidery: Custom embroidery for clothing and other fabric items.
Commercial Printing: Printing services for business needs, including brochures, banners, and other materials.
Sign Installation: Installation services for signs and graphics.
Order Placement and Acceptance
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about the products or services you require. All orders are subject to our acceptance.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Please review this information and notify us immediately of any errors.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are provided at the time of order placement and may vary based on the specifications and quantity of the order.
A 50% deposit is required to start production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Production and Delivery
Production times vary depending on the complexity and volume of your order:
Printing & Apparel: 7-10 business days
Embroidery: 12-14 Business days
Sign Installation: Please note that delays are possible depending on weather conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, returns are generally not accepted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where there is an error on our part or a defect in the final product. Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
